German Husarenkrapfen filled with rose hip.

What you need:
(for around 30 pices)

1  Cup (140 gramm ) flour
11,5 Spoons (70 gramm ) ground hazelnuts 
1/3 cups ( 70 gramm ) sugar
2 paring lemon
1/2 cup + 2 table spoons (140 gramm) butter
2 egg yolk
11,5 Spoons ( 70 gramm ) minced hazelnuts
6 Spoons of Rose Hip Jam

How you make it:

Mix flour with the 11,5 spoons of ground hazelnuts, sugar and pared lemon.
Cut the butter in little pices and put it over the flour mix.
Take the two egg yolks and mix everything to a smooth dough.
Roll into a ball and allow to rest for 60 minutes, wrapped in cling film in the fridge.

fan oven 160 degrees)

form 30 little balls and roll each ball in the minced hazelnuts.
Put everything on a baking plate with baking paper.

Take a spoon (or your finger) and form a little whole in the middle of the balls.
Fill some jam in the wholes and bake it for around 20 minutes until they are golden yellow.

immediately after baking please put the rest of the yam in each whole and let it dry.
